Fair Handover — Como Lake
Our dog centre is in Faloppio, Como — just 3km from Switzerland, near Lake Como. We show you the puppy on a live video call; you meet it at handover. Handover takes place at fairs or through the agreed delivery service; we do not receive customers at the facility. For Malta, our staff personally fly with your puppy in the cabin.

In the cabin, next to us
Your puppy travels in an approved soft carrier under the seat, beside a member of our staff for the whole journey. It is never checked in as cargo and never handed to a third-party transporter.
Old enough to travel
Malta is in the EU, so a puppy needs a valid rabies vaccination to enter. The vaccine is given from 12 weeks of age and becomes valid 21 days later, so puppies fly from around 15 weeks. We do not arrange earlier departures.
Tapeworm treatment before arrival
Malta requires dogs to be treated against the tapeworm Echinococcus by a vet between 24 and 120 hours before arrival. Our vet gives the treatment and records it in the EU pet passport.
Documents in your hands
Microchip, EU pet passport with rabies vaccination and tapeworm treatment, vaccination record and health file. We send you copies before the flight so you can check everything in advance.
Handover in person
We meet you on arrival, go through the documents together, explain feeding and the first days at home, and stay reachable on WhatsApp afterwards.

We do not receive customers at the facility. You can meet our team and see the puppy on a live video call; you meet the puppy at handover, at fairs or through the agreed delivery service.
Lake Como, Lugano and the Italian Alps are geographic references for our area, not invitations to visit the facility.
